How to use Detox Tea
First, add water to a pot or cup, heat water to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and drink warm. If you are drinking more tea tomorrow, do not discard used herbs. Put used herbs back into the pot or cup, add 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs and 4-6 ounces of distilled water. Let sit overnight and repeat whole process. Used herbs last for up to 2-3 days. Repeat for 14-28 days.
